In December 2025, Boxopay’s white-label payment gateway expanded payment coverage and strengthened back-office workflows, with a focus on new acquiring connectivity, large-scale exports, and tighter onboarding controls.
Key highlights
New payment integrations
301Pay integration
Boxopay added an integration with 301Pay, including 3-D Secure handling for payments routed through this connection. It’s a practical fit for PSPs and payment providers onboarding merchants on a 301Pay-acquiring setup and expecting 3-D Secure flows out of the box.
Expanded Azericard payment flow
The AzeriCard integration was expanded to support single-stage payments (where capture is performed in the same step as the payment).
Enhanced reporting and exports
Large exports from admin lists, delivered to external storage/transport
Admins can now generate large order and operation exports directly from list views in the admin interface, with background preparation for large datasets and support for delivery to external destinations such as S3-compatible storage and SFTP.
Order export includes Retrieval Reference Number (RRN)
The administrator order export now includes RRN (Retrieval Reference Number) as a dedicated column to support reconciliation and partner-side tracing.
Funds management and finance workflows
Automated rolling reserve releases
Boxopay introduced scheduled automation for rolling reserve releases, creating “Rolling reserve payout” entries in the finance payments list with clear visual identification and an Automatic filter for faster review. This reduces manual payout processing for projects that run rolling reserves on a schedule.
Improved merchant and admin experience
Admin confirmation for new merchant users
Newly registered merchant users can be restricted from accessing the Merchant Interface until manually confirmed by an administrator, providing a tighter control point for onboarding and operational governance.
Minor updates and bug fixes
Beyond the major releases, we shipped fixes and small refinements across admin user management (including login activity visibility), checkout asset loading for Open Banking flows, 3-D Secure completion handling in selected integrations, anti-fraud request mapping, and stability improvements for high-concurrency payment traffic.
