In June, the Boxopay white-label payment gateway introduced a new provider integration, more flexible reporting tools, and enhancements to Apple Pay, Google Pay, and reporting and reconciliation capabilities. Several updates also improved onboarding flows and system transparency, helping administrators streamline daily operations and merchant support.
Key highlights
New payment integrations
APS integration
A new integration with APS expands available processing options for clients operating in specific markets. The integration supports simplified transaction flows and ensures accurate handling of delayed or reversed operations, improving reliability for everyday use cases.
Payment reporting and reconciliation
Custom-format reports for merchants
Merchants can now receive daily or periodic reconciliation reports in a custom format, tailored to match external accounting or reporting systems. This streamlines back-office workflows and improves visibility into key metrics such as refunds and transaction identifiers.
Detailed processing fees in PDF exports
PDF reports now include a clear breakdown of processing fees by region and currency, making it easier to monitor cost structures and explain charges to finance teams or partners.
Regular data exports for system monitoring
A new report export option helps administrators track completed transactions and payouts over time. This supports operational audits, capacity monitoring, and business intelligence use cases โ all from the familiar Boxopay interface.
Improved merchant and admin experience
Faster onboarding with terminal presets
The onboarding wizard now supports terminal presets and routing scenarios, helping teams onboard new merchants more quickly and with fewer errors.
Improved role-based visibility for order data
Administrators now have more precise control over who can view sensitive order details, thanks to refined role-based visibility settings.
Transparent webhook delivery tracking
Delivery of technical status notifications to merchants is now logged in the admin interface, allowing administrators to track whether a message was generated, delivered, or failed. This improves visibility into message delivery and simplifies resolution of integration issues.
Risk and fraud control enhancements
More secure stoplists
Existing stoplists can now be upgraded to stronger SHA256-based hashing, improving data protection without disrupting active filters or processes.
Regional data for Visa payouts
Visa credit payouts processed via the Boxopay end-to-end processor software can now include additional regional sender and recipient data, improving transparency and compliance for cross-border transactions.
Minor updates and bug fixes
- Apple Pay and Google Pay support was refined across several areas, including better handling of tokenized card data, improved issuer visibility, and enhanced compatibility with provider-specific country codes.
- Order processing has become more stable and predictable in edge cases involving parallel actions, 3-D Secure flows, and automatic retries โ helping to reduce locked or stalled orders.
- The admin interface received several usability and reporting improvements, including cleaner filters, more accurate export behavior, and better handling of merchant balances.
- Security and compliance were reinforced with expanded tools for tracking notification flows and better control over system interactions.
Together, these updates improve the accuracy, transparency, and reliability of day-to-day operations across payments, reporting, and merchant support.
