In March 2026, Boxopay’s payment gateway focused on expanding payment connectivity, strengthening authentication and security controls, and improving analytics and financial accuracy in the admin experience.

Key highlights

New payment integrations

PaySure and Skrill Quick Checkout

Boxopay expanded payment connectivity with new integrations for PaySure and Skrill Quick Checkout. These additions extend the range of payment options available to Boxopay clients and the merchants they support.

Expanded ConceptPay (Toda) support

ConceptPay (Toda) support was extended to cover both P2P payment flows and payout flows. This expands the integration beyond incoming payments to outbound transaction scenarios as well.

Compliance and authentication updates

Updated card stoplist hashing and endpoint protection

Boxopay improved card stoplist hashing by adding HMAC-SHA256 support for new stoplists, reflecting current PCI DSS expectations. Merchant API endpoint protection was also updated with stricter transport and content-type security headers.

Improved merchant and admin experience

More precise analytics and order reporting

The admin interface gained analytics based on unique orders, making it easier to analyze final transaction outcomes without counting repeated attempts. Summary statistics in the transaction currency were also added, giving teams clearer visibility into order totals.

Higher-precision bank fee calculation

Boxopay refined bank fee calculation to support precision up to six decimal places. This is relevant for projects where very small fee amounts need to be reflected more accurately in financial calculations and reporting.

Minor updates and bug fixes

Beyond the major releases, March also included additional refinements across provider integrations, 3-D Secure and recurring payment flows, rejection visibility, issuer data updates, admin filters, callback retries, technical status notification logs, and currency conversion performance.
