In November, four releases brought multiple updates and improvements to the Boxopay payment gateway, ensuring enhanced functionality for administrators and merchants alike. Here’s a summary of the month’s highlights.

Key highlights

Advanced filtering and analytics

  • Introduced the ability to filter orders by card issuer country groups, with multi-select options for improved flexibility.
  • Added a contract type filter in the admin analytics interface for more tailored data insights.

Enhanced payment processing

  • Updated support for MasterCard recurring transactions, aligning with 3-D Secure requirements.
  • Added support for one-stage payment processing through the Bank RBK (Kazakhstan) connector.
  • Enhanced the processing of saved card payments using Boxopay’s end-to-end payment processing solution, ensuring compliance with updated standards for seamless and secure transactions.
  • Introduced an option to calculate rolling reserves with fees deducted. This feature provides precise reserve rate calculations for bank and merchant contracts under Aggregator models, which involve managing multiple merchants within a single agreement.

Improved user experience

  • Administrators can now view terminal and project settings directly in a pop-up window without switching to edit mode.
  • New labels for payment types (e.g., installment, recurrent, rebill) are displayed in order details and can be used as filters in admin and merchant interfaces.

Secure data management

  • Added configurable GDPR masking for exported order data, enabling administrators to tailor sensitive data protection to meet compliance standards.

Minor updates and bug fixes

  • Introduced the ability to apply limits simultaneously to both merchants and their projects.
  • Added an option to bypass limits, enabling more flexible operation management.
  • Introduced the ability to categorize enrollments by banks and contract types, streamlining segmentation with optional parameters for specific periods.
  • Added export links for enrollment data, providing quick access without navigating to reconciliation sections.
  • Resolved inconsistencies in certificate expiration notifications for administrators and merchants, ensuring timely alerts.

In addition, fixes were implemented to address stability and accuracy issues in payment processing, routing, and data handling, further enhancing the reliability of the Boxopay payment gateway.
