In November 2025 we released updates to the Boxopay white-label payment gateway focused on new acquiring and payout integrations, issuer data via BINCheck.io, 3-D Secure behavior in Cardaq, merchant PDF reporting, and additional Prometheus metrics for order statuses. Below is a summary of the main changes for payment providers, aggregators, and organizations managing merchants.

New payment integrations

New acquiring and payout options with DectaGate, ReactivePay and Sends.co

We expanded the range of available payment partners with three additions.

The new Decta Payment Gateway integration provides a single-stage card acquiring route for projects that prefer straightforward “authorize & capture in one go” processing. ReactivePay extends payout coverage with configurable handling of pending credits via provider callbacks.

Sends.co has been enhanced to support both card payouts and locally preferred Open Banking payments such as BLIK. Projects can configure Sends.co terminals for these flows and use richer payment context (cardholder, browser and client details) in routing and reporting.

Smarter issuer identification via BINCheck.io

The Boxopay payment gateway now integrates with BINCheck.io as an external issuer data provider, improving BIN-based issuer detection used in routing and risk logic. The resolver supports configuration of timeouts, retries, certificate settings and other connection parameters.

Enhanced payment flows and authentication

3-D Secure improvements in Cardaq and EMV 3DS

The Cardaq integration now supports a manual 3-D Secure handling mode, where the application controls the challenge flow and status checks. Additional options allow projects to configure how 3-D Secure behaves in stand-in scenarios, and EMV 3-D Secure authentication indicators can be managed at terminal or environment level.

Improved merchant and admin experience

PDF exports and localization updates for merchants

Merchants can now generate, view and export PDF reports directly from the reporting section of the merchant interface, without administrator involvement. Merchant interface translations were also refreshed for Czech, improving usability in Central European projects and reducing the need for custom overlays.

Risk and platform reliability

Prometheus metrics for order statuses

Boxopay now exposes additional Prometheus metrics for intermediate and successful order statuses to support external monitoring and alerting.

Minor updates and bug fixes

Beyond the changes above, November releases included multiple fixes and smaller improvements across payment integrations, admin reporting views, Open Banking order handling, import tooling, error handling and logging.
