The integration of CTBC Bank enables more diverse transaction handling capabilities, catering to a broader range of merchants and expanding Boxopayโ€™s service availability in Taiwan and other regions where CTBC operates.

WOMPI integration

With the addition of WOMPI as a payment gateway, Boxopay enhances flexibility for customers, especially those in Colombia, Mexico, and Central America. This integration provides an additional payment method tailored to meet the needs of diverse customer bases in these regions.

For VTS-stored card payments, transactions now accommodate enhanced 3DS authentication requirements.

Minor updates and bug fixes

  • Added the option for merchants to specify the type and account number of the sender when processing OCT transactions with MasterCard.
  • Merchants can now independently enable and disable Google Authentication in the interface, enhancing account security flexibility.
  • New monitoring capabilities allow customization of alerts by setting limits on rule triggers for improved tracking and response.
  • Enhanced reporting options: analytics can now be filtered by specific terminals for more targeted insights.
  • Refund processing is streamlined, allowing full refunds without specifying amounts in batch operations.
  • A new “Aggregator non-financial” contract type has been introduced, with configurable color-coded highlights for easier identification.
  • Security enhancements implemented in line with the latest recommendations to ensure ongoing compliance.
