February was a month of significant updates and enhancements for Boxopay’s white-label payment gateway, bringing several major integrations and new features. Throughout the month, multiple releases introduced expanded banking connections, enhanced transaction processing capabilities, and greater customization for merchants and administrators. Below is a summary of the key highlights and improvements.

Key highlights

New payment integrations

To further expand our payment ecosystem, we have integrated several new banking and financial solutions, giving merchants greater flexibility and broader geographic coverage.

Modirum MPI integration

Modirum MPI, provided by Decta, has been integrated into Boxopay, allowing merchants to leverage 3‑D Secure authentication for enhanced fraud protection. This solution supports secure customer authentication and ensures compliance with international security standards.

Euroexchange integration

The Euroexchange integration expands Boxopay’s capabilities for cross-border transactions. Merchants can now process payments efficiently, benefiting from direct transaction processing and enhanced currency exchange options.

PayAlly integration

Merchants operating in Europe can now process transactions with PayAlly, a fintech-focused payment provider. This integration includes support for 3‑D Secure authentication and automatic webhook notifications for real-time transaction updates.

Bank of Georgia integration

The integration with the Bank of Georgia, one of the largest and most prominent financial institutions in Georgia, enables seamless payment processing with Open Banking capabilities. Merchants can now connect directly to the bank’s infrastructure, offering customers a smooth and secure checkout experience.

TBC Bank integration

Boxopay now supports TBC Bank, one of Georgia’s leading financial institutions. This integration provides Open Banking functionality and facilitates secure transactions, helping businesses expand their payment options in the region.

Cartu Bank integration

With the integration of Cartu Bank, one of Georgia’s established financial institutions, merchants can process payments through both primary and 3‑D Secure authentication drivers. This enhancement improves transaction security while maintaining a seamless user experience.

Enhanced payment features

Dynamic currency conversion with Decta

Merchants can now take advantage of Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC) when processing payments via the Decta provider. By selecting a target currency, merchants can optimize transaction settlement for their business. Additionally, the option to apply a markup on the converted amount provides flexibility in managing exchange rate fluctuations.

One-stage payments for ATB AZ

A new one-stage payment processing feature has been introduced for transactions via ATB AZ. This enhancement allows merchants to streamline payment acceptance, reducing transaction complexity and speeding up fund settlement. The feature is particularly beneficial for businesses looking to offer quicker payment confirmation to customers.

Custom exchange rate-based reports

Merchants and administrators now have access to advanced financial reports based on custom exchange rates. This feature provides deeper insights into multi-currency settlements, enabling more accurate revenue tracking. By defining individual exchange rate settings, businesses can tailor their financial reporting to match their operational needs. Boxopay now offers an expanded set of customization options for payment pages. Merchants now have even greater flexibility in configuring branding elements, adding CVV tooltips, and customizing button behavior, all manageable directly from the admin panel. These updates enhance the ability to create a seamless and user-friendly checkout experience.

New risk monitoring rule

To help merchants mitigate risk, Boxopay has introduced a new rule for tracking inactive merchants based on order status. This feature allows businesses to monitor the number of transactions within a specified period and flag accounts that show unusual activity patterns. By identifying potential risks early, merchants can take proactive steps to prevent fraud and optimize payment performance.

Minor updates and bug fixes
